Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program
A profound, eight-week, interactive program that consists of:
- a pre-program interview
- eight weekly classes, two and a half hours in length
- one day-long retreat
- a post-program interview
- coaching by telephone, as required
Included is a workbook, two audiotapes, various hand-outs, and homework.
Retreats: Coming to Serenity
These ‘time outs’ are designed to deepen your experience with and practice
of Mindfulness, meditation and Yoga. Immersed in Mindfulness, the Serenity retreats invite insight, help to balance the nervous system, and give perspective.
Mindfulness At Work*
This initial training program is an on-site, eight week program, one hour per week, consisting of Office Yoga, various Mindfulness Meditation techniques and review of the scientific research on stress and MBSR. (*copyright pending) << back continue >>
